The Beaver G80 Single and Double Leg Chain Sling With Clevis Sling Hook in the 1 leg x 8mm x 1m build is a short, straight pull sling for everyday lifting off a hook. The 1m effective length keeps the load tight up under the crane or hoist, so it suits confined headroom work where a longer leg just gets in the way. Chain size is 8mm, with a clevis sling hook fitted direct to the chain.
Built from heat treated alloy steel Grade 80 chain and components, certified to AS 3775.1, with the chain complying to AS 2321 and the components to AS 3776. It arrives pre-assembled and tested, so there is no shackling up on site. Chain and fittings carry markings for traceability. Give the links, hook and latch a look over before each shift and pull it from service if anything is stretched, gouged or bent.
