About this product
The Contego Roxby Impact Plus Mechanic Glove in red, size 2 Extra Large, is a back of hand impact glove for crews working around heavy gear and power tools. The 2XL fit suits bigger hands that get pinched in a standard large, so you keep dexterity without the glove binding across the knuckles. TPR guards run 8mm thick over the knuckles and back of hand, with 5mm on the fingertips where you take the knocks. Underneath sits a C5 HPPE liner.
The palm is an ultra grip build with thumb crotch reinforcement, which is where mechanic gloves usually wear out first. Stretch spandex across the back lets the hand breathe, and the neoprene cuff holds snug but pulls off easily. An ID badge and pull tab make donning quicker. Approved to CE Cat II and EN388:2003 3121, it covers construction, mining, carpentry, oil and gas, towing and transportation, landscaping and heavy equipment work.
