About this product
The Contego Winter Golden Yellow/Black Grip Tab Glove in Extra Large is a lined leather rigging glove for cold work, cut for bigger hands that find a large too tight across the palm. Leather construction gives high abrasion resistance, and the 3M Thinsulate lining keeps warmth in without turning the glove into a mitt. A black neoprene knuckle bar takes the knocks. It is rated EN 388:2142.
Curved fingers and perforated fourchettes hold the shape of a working hand and let some air move, so you are not sweating inside them all shift. The wing thumb helps with open hand pulling and grabbing, handy on cables, couplings, reo and rope. Velcro closure pulls the cuff in snug. Suits freezer rooms, cold storage, cold climates, and gardening or landscaping work when the weather turns.
