The Beaver BV100 G100 Lifting Chain 13mm is grade 100 alloy chain for building overhead lifting slings, rated to a 6.7t working load limit on a single leg. It is the heavier end of the BV100 range, so it suits crews handling bigger loads without stepping up to a larger link. Material thickness is 13.2mm, with a 45mm pitch and 39mm inside width.
Made from hardened and heat treated alloy steel with a blue painted finish for wear and corrosion resistance, the chain is self lubricating, so it needs no oiling in service. At 26m per 100kg it stays manageable to handle and rig compared to grade 80 of the same capacity. Suited to single, 2, 3 and 4 leg sling assemblies. Complies to AS 2321.
