About this product
The Beaver G80 Component Connector 7-8mm joins chain to chain or chain to fittings without needing a welded link. Two symmetrical die-forged halves close around the connection and lock together with a heavy duty stud and pin, so you can pull it apart again when a sling needs reconfiguring or a damaged component swapped out. Rated at 2000kg working load limit on 7-8mm Grade 80 chain.
Made from heat treated alloy steel, it weighs about 0.15kg, so you are not adding dead weight to the sling. Body measures 55mm across the b dimension and 60.5mm at e, with 14.8mm stock and an 8.8mm pin. Carries identification marks stamped into the forging. Complies to AS 3776. Replacement pin and stud kit is part number 894208BA.
