About this product
The Beaver G80 Component Connector 32mm is the biggest coupler in the range, built to join 32mm Grade 80 chain and components with a working load limit of 31,500kg. Two die-forged symmetrical halves close around a heavy duty stud and pin, so the connection can be pulled apart when you need to rebuild or repair a sling. Made from heat treated alloy steel and complies to AS 3776.
At 8.21kg it carries plenty of capacity for its size, with a 214mm overall length, 205mm inside length and 56mm stud diameter. Body dimensions run 38mm and 37mm through the section, with a 67.5mm width across the joint. Grade 80 identification marks are forged in, so gear can be checked at inspection. If the pin or stud wears, kit 894232BA is the replacement.
