About this product
The Beaver G80 Component Connector 20mm is a two piece coupler for joining 20mm Grade 80 chain to hooks, slings and other components. It runs a working load limit of 12,500kg, the heaviest end of the range, so it suits the big chain slings doing serious lifts on mine sites and heavy construction. Two die-forged symmetrical halves clamp together with a heavy duty stud and pin, and they can be pulled apart again when you need to change a fitting.
Built from heat treated alloy steel and complies to AS 3776. Overall it measures 121.5mm at e and 120mm at b, with a 34mm s dimension and 22mm at d, and it weighs about 2.10kg. Beaver Grade 80 components carry identification marks so you can check what you have on the hook. If the stud or pin gets damaged, replacement kit 894220BA gets the connector back in service.
