About this product
The Beaver G80 Component Connector 13mm is a two-piece chain coupler for joining 13mm grade 80 chain to slings, hooks and other components. It has a working load limit of 5300kg, which puts it in the heavier end of the range and suits it to multi-leg sets doing real weight on site. Two symmetrical die-forged halves close around the chain and lock together with a heavy duty stud and pin, so the connection can be pulled apart again when a leg needs changing.
Made from heat treated alloy steel and complies to AS 3776, with identification marks forged into the body. At 87mm long, 30mm across the throat and 25mm through the stud, it stays compact for a 5300kg rating and weighs around 0.63kg. If the stud or pin gets damaged, kit 894213BA is the replacement. Check the pin is fully seated before every lift.
