About this product
The Rope Grab B-Safe 11mm Static to suit Kermantle Rope is a mechanical fall arrest device that runs along a static rope line and locks off under load. It is built for 11-12mm kermantle rope, with a 15kN/3372 LBS strength rating and a 20mm eye for connecting a lanyard or karabiner. Body dimensions are 68mm and 83mm. Made from hi tensile steel alloy and certified to EN358.
The finish is nickel chromed with a white yellow zinc coating, which helps it stand up to site grit and weather without seizing on the rope. Useful for rope access work, tower and roof jobs, and anywhere a worker needs to move up and down a fixed line while staying attached. Check the rope diameter before you rig it, because a grab set up for the wrong rope size will not hold the way it should. Inspect the cam and body for wear before every use.
