The Flat Pan (Spandek) Roof Profile Purlin Mounted Anchor is a single point roof anchor for fall protection work on flat pan metal roofing. The base is shaped to sit down on the flat pan profile, and the threaded anchor bolt fixes through to the purlin below. It is made from 316 grade stainless steel with a 16 mm thread, so it handles the weather that comes with a life spent bolted to a roof.
Rated 15kN, and every unit gets a 100% visual inspection and is tested and passed at 15kN under an ISO 9002 Quality Control System. Use it with an approved full body harness and shock absorbing lanyard, or with a rope restraint system. Keep in mind an engineer may be required to certify the structure you are fixing to, so check the purlins and the fixing detail before anyone ties off.
