About this product
The Spreader Frame B-Safe is a lightweight spreader bar for confined space entry and retrieval, holding a worker upright and square under the lifting point. It runs 44mm yellow webbing with double action steel hooks at the attachment points and a mild steel pickup D ring on top. The whole frame weighs 1 kg, so it adds very little to a kit that already has a winch, tripod and harness in it.
The double action hooks stop accidental release while the casualty is on the line, and the sturdy spreader bar keeps the webbing off the shoulders and neck during a lift. Every unit gets a 100% visual inspection, and the design is batch tested to destruction. AS1891.1 approved. Suited to tank, pit and vessel work where a straight, controlled retrieval matters.
