The Inertia Reel Arresto Cable Swivel Mount HD Hook Plastic Housing 140kg x30m is a fall arrest block for workers operating at height off an overhead anchor point. It runs 30m of 4.5mm galvanised wire cable with a 15.3kN breaking strength, rated to 140kg. The swivel anchorage lets the unit track with the user instead of twisting the line, and it carries a fall indicator so you can see at a glance whether the reel has taken a load.
Connection is via an ANSI compliant swivel snap hook with 16kN gate strength and a 20mm gate opening. The plastic casing keeps the weight down on site and handles knocks. It meets EN 360. Not suitable where a fall over an edge is possible, or where the anchorage sits at foot level, so plan the anchor position overhead.
