About this product
The Retrieval Block Arresto Cable Swivel Mount HD Hook Plastic Housing 140kG x 10m is a dual inertia reel that arrests a fall and then winches the worker back out. A side locking pin at the base of the handle switches it between independent fall arrest and winch modes, so a rescue can start without swapping gear. It mounts straight onto a tripod and has a carry handle for moving between holes.
Inside is 10m of 4.5mm galvanised steel wire rope with a 15.3kN breaking strength, running in a durable plastic casing. The swivel anchorage carries a fall indicator, and the ANSI compliant swivel snap hook has a 16Kn gate strength with a 20mm gate opening. Certified to EN 360 and EN1496 Class B. Clause 1.6 of AS/NZS1891.3 states that fall arrest devices complying with EN353-1, EN353-2 or EN360 are acceptable for use in Australia and New Zealand.
