About this product
The 3 Mt Pole Strap is a work positioning strap that holds a worker in place on a pole or tower so they can work hands free. It clips to both sides of a harness at the waist belt, then runs around the pole and sits over a cross brace so it cannot slide down. That keeps the user restrained inside the work area, and any fall is limited to a short free fall rather than a drop to ground.
Power workers have used pole straps like this one for decades, and the job has not changed much. The 3m length gives enough wrap for larger timber poles and steel tower sections while still keeping the user pulled in close. Other lengths and alloy snap hooks are available if the application calls for something different. Check the webbing and hooks before each use and pull anything damaged out of service.
