About this product
The Bolle Mercuro Safety Glasses in Smoke are wrap-around eye protection for outdoor and general industry work where glare is the problem. The smoke lens knocks back bright light without going as dark as the polarised options in the range, and it carries the Platinum scratch and fog resistant coating that the polarised version misses out on. Lens filtering covers 99.9% UV 400. Frame markings are AS/NZS 1337.1:2010.
This is the one size fits all fit, so there is no sizing to sort out across a crew. The ultra-wraparound frame gives a large field of vision with no metal parts, and the PC/TPR co-injected temples and non-slip nose bridge keep them sitting put through a long shift. Sporty enough that blokes will actually keep them on.
Common questions
- are Bolle Mercuro smoke safety glasses anti fog
- Yes. The smoke lens carries Bolle's Platinum scratch and fog resistant coating, which is fitted to every pair in the range except the polarised version.
- what does one size fits all mean for Bolle Mercuro glasses
- It means this variant is a single universal fit rather than a sized frame, so one option suits most faces across a crew.
- smoke or polarised Bolle Mercuro, what's the difference
- Smoke gives general glare reduction and includes the Platinum anti-scratch and anti-fog coating. The polarised lenses cut reflected glare but do not carry that coating.
- do Bolle Mercuro safety glasses have UV protection
- Yes, they provide 99.9% UV 400 protection, and the frame is marked AS/NZS 1337.1:2010.
