About this product
The Shock Absorbing Lanyard B-Safe PVC Wire 2M is a single person fall arrest lanyard for workers tied off to an anchor at height. The energy absorber is designed to limit the force generated in a fall to under 6kN, and the unit is rated for users from 50kg to 140kg. The 2m lanyard is built from 6-8mm PVC coated wire rope, so it stands up better than webbing around hot work, sharp edges and grinding sparks.
Snap hooks are heavy duty steel with ANSI 16kN gate strength at each end. It is a personal fall arrest device and needs to be used with an approved full body harness. Every lanyard is batch tested and visually inspected, made under an ISO 9001 Quality Control System, with raw materials conforming to relevant standards. AS 1891.5:2020 certified product.
