About this product
The SAL B-Safe Rope Adjustable Lanyard is a personal fall arrest lanyard for one person working at height, with an energy absorber built in at the adjuster. The 11mm kernmantle rope adjusts from 0.70m out to 2m, so you can pull it in tight on a short tie-off or run it out when you need the reach. Steel triple lock karabiners at each end give 16kN gate strength (ANSI) and take a bit of deliberate work to open, which is what you want on a moving job.
Rated for users between 50kg and 140kg, it limits fall forces to under 6kN. It is an AS 1891.5:2020 certified product, batch tested and visually inspected. Use it with an approved full body harness. Despite the heavy duty rope and steel hardware, the whole assembly stays light enough to wear all shift on scaffold, steel or tower work.
