About this product
The Temp Horiz Safetyline Kit 40M is a portable horizontal static line for fall arrest on jobs that don't warrant a permanent anchored system. You get a 40 metre safety line in 16mm polyester rope, a tensioner with tension indicator, four steel karabiners and a large B-Safe gear bag to keep it all together.
Set-up takes roughly 3 to 5 minutes and needs no special tools to install or tension. It's rated for a maximum of two people at once, used with retracting lanyards and full body harnesses, and should be rigged above head height. Built from polyester, steel and aluminium, every kit gets a full visual and working inspection, with individual components batch tested to destruction. Handy on construction, building and mine sites where crews need freedom of movement across a long span.
