About this product
The Beaver B-Alloy-V Weld-On Lifting And Lashing Rings 16t is a permanent Grade 100 attachment point you weld straight onto a fabricated item, giving you a rated lift or lash point where none existed. This is the 16t size in the range, the heavy end of it, with a 215mm ring width, 190mm height, 40mm ring section and a 26mm weld block thickness. It weighs roughly 6.9kg, so it is a two hand job to position.
Made from quenched and tempered alloy steel with a powder coated baked enamel finish, it holds its full 16t working load limit at all angles, so you are not derating when the pull comes in sideways. Height lugs on the weld block help you set it in position before welding. Welding must be done by an authorised welder to EN 287 or AWS Standards, and instructions come with each unit. Complies to AS 3776, with identification marks for traceability.
