About this product
The Beaver B-Alloy-V Weld-On Lifting and Lashing Rings 2.5t give you a permanent lifting or lashing point welded straight onto the structure. This size is rated to a 2.5t working load limit at all angles, so you do not lose capacity as the sling angle changes. It is made from quenched and tempered alloy steel in Grade 100, with a 16mm bail and a 45mm ring opening, and the whole unit weighs about 0.6kg.
Body dimensions run 92.5mm by 77mm, keeping the footprint tight on trailer decks, frames and mine site plant. The powder coated baked enamel finish holds up in transport and offshore work, and identification marks are cast in for traceability. Welding must be done by an authorised welder to EN 287 or AWS Standards, using the height lugs on a weld block to set position. Instructions come with each unit. Complies to AS 3776.
