About this product
The Glove Ansell ActivArmr RIG Class 00 11in ULW in black, size 8, is an ultra-lightweight rubber insulating glove for work on or near energised equipment up to 500V AC and 750V DC. Size 8 suits a mid-range hand, so it is the common pick for sparkies who want a close fit without bunching at the fingertips. Made from natural rubber latex with an 11in cuff, silicone-free so nothing transfers onto the work.
The shell is around 30 percent thinner than a standard Class 00 rubber insulated glove at the same protection level, which means better dexterity and less hand fatigue across a long shift. Certified for acid (Category A), ozone (Category Z) and very low temperatures (Category C), with an arc rating of APC 1. Standards listed are ASTM D120, EN 60903:2003, EN 388:2016 + A1:2018 at 2010X and EN ISO 21420:2020, Category III.
