About this product
The Glove Ansell Chemical AlphaTec 53 002 Extreme NeoDiamond Grip Black x Size 8 is a chemical gauntlet for handling aggressive liquids where splash and immersion are part of the job. Size 8 suits a medium hand, so it is the middle of the range and the one most crews reach for first. Construction is multi-layered neoprene over a laminate film with a nylon liner, using MICROCHEM multi-layer barrier technology.
The raised diamond grip on the black outer helps you keep hold of wet drums, fittings and tooling. A donning and doffing layer makes them easier to get on and off with damp hands. Ratings are EN 388:2016 1111X, EN ISO 374-1:2016 Type A ABCEFGHIJKLMNOPST, EN ISO 374-5:2016 VIRUS, EN 421 and EN 1149-3, with class 6 resistance for most chemicals under EN 374:2016 and performance tested under ASTM F739.
