About this product
The Uvex U-cap Premium Bump Cap is head protection for jobs where you keep knocking your scalp on pipework, plant and low structures rather than facing anything falling from above. It has a flexible inner shell inside a four-section outer, so it moves with the cap instead of sitting stiff on your head. The low cut shape carries protection further down the back of the skull, and reflective piping runs around the brim for visibility outdoors.
Sizing is one size fits all, with Velcro adjustment so it can be set to suit different heads and passed between crew. The grey and black colourway hides grime better than a light cap. A replacement sweat band is available, which means the cap keeps going once the original band has had enough. Rated to EN812. Suited to outdoor work and tight spaces where a hard hat is more nuisance than help.
