The UVEX X-One Safety Glasses in clear are a lightweight wraparound safety spec for general industry work where you need decent impact protection without losing light. The clear lens is the one to reach for indoors, in workshops and under artificial light, where amber or grey would only darken things down. An integrated brow guard picks up debris coming from above, and there are no metal parts anywhere in the frame.
The lens carries UVEX Supravision THS coating and UV 400 protection, so you get anti-fog and scratch resistance along with cover from ultraviolet light. Marked AS/NZS 1337.1 XIO 0. They sit close to the face, which keeps dust and swarf from tracking in around the edges. Give the lens a clean with water and a soft cloth rather than a rag, and swap them out once the coating is scratched enough to blur your vision.
