The Beaver G80 Weld-On Safety Excavator Hook is a fixed hook you weld straight onto a bucket lifting eye, spreader beam or tie down point. This is the 1t Working Load Limit size, the lightest in the range at roughly 0.35kg, so it suits smaller buckets and light attachment points where a bigger hook would be overkill. Key dimensions are an 87mm L1, 55mm L2, 53mm across at b, an 18mm gap and a 20mm width.

Made from heat treated alloy steel in Grade 80, with a safety latch that holds the sling in place and keeps the load running axially through the hook. It complies to AS 3776 and carries Beaver identification marks so it can be checked during inspections. Get the weld done properly by a competent welder before the hook sees any load.
