The Beaver G80 Eye Swivel Self Locking Hook With Ball Bearing 13mm is a self locking hook for the business end of a Grade 80 chain sling, rated to a 5.3t working load limit on 13mm chain. The heavy duty ball bearing lets the hook turn under load, so a twisted sling can be brought back true without dropping the load. The hook locks itself once weight comes on, and the enlarged eye takes a bigger shackle without pulling the hook apart.

At 282mm overall with a 53mm throat opening, a 27mm hook height and a 17mm eye, this size sits in the middle of the range and suits heavier chain work on mine sites and construction jobs. Weight is around 4kg, so it is manageable on the hook block or in the sling bin. Made from heat treated alloy steel, carrying Beaver identification marks, and complies to AS 3776.
