The Beaver G80 Clevis Shortening Grab Hook 13mm lets you shorten a chain sling leg on the job without cutting or re-rigging, just cradle the chain link in the hook and take the load. Sized for 13mm Grade 80 chain with a working load limit of 5.3t, this is the heavier end of the range and suits bigger sling sets doing real weight on site.
It is made from heat treated alloy steel, the same build as the rest of the Beaver Grade 80 range, and carries identification marks so you can confirm what is in your hand during an inspection. Key dimensions are 96mm across the body, 16mm pin, 92mm at the throat and 16.5mm at g, with an approximate weight of 1.6kg. Quality testing is carried out through the manufacturing process.
