The Beaver G80 Eye Sling Hook With Safety Latch 7-8mm is the end fitting for a Grade 80 chain sling, giving you a hook that connects straight to 7-8mm chain and holds the load with a spring latch. It carries a 2t working load limit, so it suits the lighter end of chain sling work without stepping down in quality.
Made from heat treated alloy steel, with quality testing carried out through manufacture and identification marks on the body. Dimensions run 82mm across the b measurement, 111mm at e, a 23mm d1 eye and an 11mm d2, with a 30mm g and 23mm h opening. At roughly 0.4kg it is easy to handle all day. Check the latch closes cleanly and the throat is not stretched before every lift.
