The Beaver G80 Eye Foundry Hook 10mm is a wide throat lifting hook for 10mm Grade 80 chain, rated to a 3.2t working load limit. The deep 76mm throat opening and 36.5mm section let it take thick bails, lugs and heavy castings that a standard clevis or eye sling hook simply will not swallow. At 1.95kg it sits in the middle of the range, which makes it the common pick for single leg and multi leg chain slings doing foundry and general heavy lifting work.

Built from heat treated alloy steel, with quality testing carried out through the manufacturing process. The hook measures 146mm across the b dimension and 147.5mm on e, with a 22mm d1 and 16mm d2 eye. Distinguishing marks are cast in so crews can identify it quickly during a pre use check. Look over the throat for spread and the saddle for wear before every lift.
