The Beaver G80 Clevis Sling Hook With Safety Latch 6mm is the smallest hook in the range, rated to a 1.1t working load limit on 6mm chain. It pins straight onto the chain through the clevis, so there is no connecting link to add or check. The safety latch closes and locks on its own, which keeps the hook shut under load and protects the sling from knocks.

Made from heat treated alloy steel and tested through manufacture, it complies to AS 3776 and carries Beaver's identification marks. Dimensions are 77.4mm across b, 76.4mm at e, a 7.8mm pin diameter, 24mm throat and 20mm at h, with an approximate weight of 0.23kg. That light build suits shorter chain slings and general lifting where the loads are modest but the gear still gets worked hard.
