The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope - 7x19 8mm is a flexible marine grade rope for rigging and light running applications in wet, salty conditions. At 8mm it sits in the mid to upper end of the range, with a minimum breaking force of 32.85kN and an approximate mass of 26.9kg/100m, so you get more strength than the thinner sizes while keeping the rope easy to handle and reeve.
Grade 316 stainless is the marine grade, holding up better than G304 where salt water, waste water or coastal air is involved. The 7x19 construction is the most versatile of the stainless constructions, suited to fixed rigging as well as limited working rope jobs like a boat winch. Right hand ordinary lay.
