About this product
The Beaver G1570 7x7 Galvanised Wire Rope in 4mm is a light, semi-flexible rope for guying, fencing, balustrade runs and general tie-off work where a thin diameter still needs decent strength. It has a minimum breaking force of 9kN, which makes this the size riggers reach for when heavier rope is overkill and the fittings are small.
Construction is 7x7 with a wire core, grade 1570, in right hand ordinary lay. The galvanised finish and dry lub give it reasonable outdoor life without leaving grease on your hands or on the surrounding structure. At roughly 6.1kg/100m it is easy to handle and run out on site. Keep an eye out for broken wires, kinks and crushing, and retire the rope once the damage shows.
