Beaver G1770 Galvanised Wire Rope - 6x36 13mm is a flexible six strand rope for winching, hoisting and general lifting work where you need bend tolerance without losing strength. The 13mm diameter sits in the middle of the range, a good pick when 10mm or 12mm is marginal but you don't want the weight of a 16mm line. Minimum breaking force is 107kN, and it runs right hand ordinary lay.

The 6x36 construction packs plenty of fine wires into each strand, so it handles sheaves and drums better than a coarser rope. An independent wire rope core keeps the shape under load and resists crushing on the drum. Grade 1770 wire with a galvanised finish gives it a fair go against moisture on site or offshore. Approximate mass is 70.7kg per 100m, worth noting when you're working out drum capacity or handling weight.
