The Beaver G1770 Galvanised Wire Rope 6x36 in 10mm is a flexible general purpose rope for winching, slinging and hoisting work where you need a rope that bends without kinking. The 6x36 construction packs plenty of fine wires into each strand, so this size stays manageable over sheaves and drums while still carrying a minimum breaking force of 63kN.
It runs a wire core, which keeps the rope stable under load and holds its shape better than a fibre core. Grade 1770 wire, right hand ordinary lay, galvanised finish for corrosion resistance on outdoor and coastal jobs. At roughly 41.8kg per 100m it is light enough to handle on site without a crew. A common pick for mine sites, workshops and construction rigs running smaller diameter rope.
