The Beaver G2070 Galvanised Wire Rope in 6mm is a flexible 7x19 rope for winching, tie-backs, guys and general rigging work where the rope has to bend and run through sheaves. This is the 6mm size in the range, with a minimum breaking force of 25kN and an approximate mass of 12.4kg/100m, so it stays easy to handle and coil by hand on site.
Construction is 7x19 with a wire core and right hand ordinary lay, which gives the rope good flexibility without going soft under load. Grade 2070 wire is galvanised and dry lubed, a useful combination for outdoor and exposed jobs where oily rope would make a mess.
