The Beaver G2070 Galvanised Wire Rope 7x7 in 9mm x 610m is a dry lube galvanised rope for general rigging, winching and static line work where you need a long run off a single reel. The 9mm diameter is the heavier option in this range, with a minimum breaking force of 59.3kN and an approximate mass of 32kg/100m. Construction is 7x7 with a wire core, right hand ordinary lay, in grade 2070.
A swaged thimble eye is fitted on the inside of the reel, so the termination is ready to go once the rope is run out. The galvanised finish gives it reasonable resistance to weather and damp conditions on site. At 610m, it suits longer installs and repeat cut lengths without changing reels. Check the rope for broken wires, kinks and corrosion before each use, and keep it clean and lubricated.
