The Beaver G2070 Galvanised Wire Rope in 7mm is a 7x7 construction rope with a wire core, suited to static jobs like guy wires, fencing strainers, balustrade runs and light winch or control lines. At 7mm it sits at the heavier end of the 7x7 range, carrying a minimum breaking force of 37.2kN, so it handles more tension than the thinner sizes while staying easy to work with by hand.

Grade 2070 wire, galvanised finish, right hand ordinary lay. The galvanising gives it a fair run outdoors and around damp, which is why it gets used on sites and yards where the rope stays exposed. Approximate mass is 20.2kg/100m, light enough to pull out and tension without a crew. The 7x7 build is firm rather than flexible, so it holds its shape under steady load instead of bedding in like a multi strand rope.
