The Beaver G1570 Galvanised Wire Rope with a Fibre Core 6x7 in 5mm is a light gauge rope for general rigging work, guying, fencing runs and light hauling jobs where you want flexibility without much weight. At 5mm it is the smallest end of the range, with a minimum breaking force of 13.1kN and an approximate mass of 8.6kg/100m, so it handles easily by hand and runs neatly through small sheaves and thimbles.

The 6x7 construction gives you a firmer, more abrasion resistant rope than higher strand counts, and the fibre core keeps it supple and holds the dry lube through the strands. Right hand ordinary lay, grade 1570 wire, galvanised finish for outdoor and coastal exposure. Check for broken wires, kinks and rust before each use, and terminate it properly with fittings matched to the 5mm diameter.
