The Beaver G1570 Galvanised Wire Rope with a Fibre Core 6x7 in 4mm is the lightest size in the range, suited to light tie-off work, fencing, guy lines and general utility jobs around site. The 6x7 construction gives you a firmer, more wear resistant rope than finer constructions, and the fibre core keeps it flexible enough to handle by hand. Minimum breaking force is 8.4kN.
At grade 1570 with a galvanised finish, it holds up reasonably well outdoors and in damp conditions. Right hand ordinary lay, with a dry lube from the factory. Approximate mass is 5.5kg per 100m, so it is easy to run out and terminate on your own. Step up to a larger diameter in the range if you need more breaking force from the same construction.
