About this product
The Beaver G304 Stainless Steel Wire Rope in 7x19 construction is a flexible stainless cable for balustrading, light rigging and outdoor work where rust is the enemy. At 1.6mm it is the finest diameter in the range, with a minimum breaking force of 1.85kN and an approximate mass of 1.1kg per 100m, so it handles easily and puts very little load back into your fittings.
Grade 304 stainless gives good corrosion resistance for marine, waste management and general exposed applications, though it has limits in harsher chemical environments. The 7x19 construction has 133 wires across seven strands, making it far more supple than a single strand rope of the same size. Lay is right hand ordinary, and it comes on a 305m reel for longer runs.
