Beaver G304 Stainless Steel Wire Rope 1x19 in 3mm is a stiff, non-flexible rope for fixed straight-line work like mast stays, guy ropes and structural runs. The 3mm diameter is the lighter of the two sizes in the range, at roughly 5.59kg per 100m, and carries a minimum breaking force of 7.4kN. Right hand ordinary lay, 1x19 construction.
Grade 304 stainless gives good corrosion resistance for marine work, waste management and outdoor jobs, including decorative balustrading. It is the standard grade, so it does have limits in harsher corrosive conditions. Keep in mind the 1x19 build does not bend or spool well, so it is not the rope for running over sheaves or anywhere it needs to flex.
