About this product
The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Carbine (Carabina) Hook 10mm is a spring gate hook for joining ropes and hardware quickly and securely. At 10mm thick it is the heavier end of the range, measuring 100mm long by 50mm wide, with a 12mm gate opening and 15mm eye. Weight is 0.145kg.
Made from marine grade 316 stainless steel, it handles salt spray, wash-down areas and other harsh conditions where plated steel would stain and pit. The spring loaded gate snaps shut on its own, so you can clip on one handed and move on. Worth noting these hooks are not rated for lifting, so keep them to restraint, rope work and general connection jobs rather than anything overhead.
