Beaver Wire Rope Copper Ferrules 14.2mm x 28.4mm x 5.4mm are swaged onto wire rope to form a permanent eye, loop or stopper. This size suits 13mm rope, with a 14.2mm inside dimension, a 28.4mm outside dimension and a 5.4mm wall, over a 46mm length.

Copper is soft enough to flow into the rope lay under press pressure, so the finished termination grips evenly along the full 46mm of the barrel. Beaver manufactures these ferrules to DIN 3093. Match the ferrule to the rope diameter and use the correct die set, then check the swaged dimension with a caliper before the assembly goes into service. Inspect terminations for cracking or movement as part of your regular gear checks.
