Beaver Wire Rope Copper Ferrules 10.9mm x 21.8mm x 4.1mm are swage sleeves for forming eyes and terminations in 10mm wire rope. The 10.9mm bore takes the rope doubled back on itself, with a 21.8mm outer body and 4.1mm wall that compresses tight under the press. Overall length is 35mm. Beaver manufactures these ferrules to DIN 3093.

Copper stays soft enough to flow properly during swaging, so you get an even grip along the full length of the sleeve rather than a pinch at one end. Match the ferrule size to the rope, use the correct die, and check the finished diameter before the assembly goes to work. Handy for balustrade work, fencing lines and general rope terminations where a swaged eye beats a mechanical fitting.
