The Beaver Wire Rope Nickle Plated Copper Ferrules 2.2mm x 4.4mm x 0.90mm are swage sleeves for terminating 2mm wire rope, pressed on with the right die to form a loop or a stopper. This is the smallest end of the range, with a 2.2mm bore, a 4.4mm outside dimension and a 0.90mm wall, sitting at 7mm long. Beaver manufactures them to DIN 3093.

Copper takes the swage cleanly and grips the rope without chewing into the strands, and the nickle plating gives the finished termination a bright, tidy look. Handy for balustrade wire, light architectural work, control cables and display rigging where a 2mm rope is doing the job. Match the ferrule bore to the rope diameter and use a swaging tool sized for the sleeve, then check the pressed length before the job goes into service.
