The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope Thimble 3mm lines the eye of a 3mm wire rope so the rope bears on metal instead of pinching on itself. This is the smallest end of the range, with a 24.3mm overall length, 21mm across the B dimension, a 10mm C dimension, 6mm D and a 4.3mm groove at E. At 0.007kg it adds next to nothing to a light stainless assembly.

Made from Grade 316 stainless, the marine grade, so it holds up in salt water and other harsh corrosive conditions better than lesser stainless. That makes it a common pick for boats, coastal jobs, and food and pharmaceutical processing work. Note that this fitting is not to be used for lifting. Match it to 3mm wire rope and swage or clamp the eye to suit.
