The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope Grip 12mm is a saddle clamp for forming eyes and terminating 12mm wire rope. This is the largest end of the range, sized for 12mm wire with an M12 U-bolt, 61mm across at A, 37.8mm at B and 50mm at C. It weighs 0.23kg, so it is a solid piece of hardware compared with the smaller sizes in the range.

Made from Grade 316 stainless steel, also called marine grade, it holds up in salt water and coastal conditions where lesser grades pit and stain. That makes it a common pick for boats, jetty work, and food and pharmaceutical processing. Worth noting: this fitting is not to be used for lifting. Keep it to standing rigging, guying and general rope termination work.
