The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Quick Link 8mm is a screw-gate connector for joining or repairing chain by hand, no tools needed. At 8mm thickness it is the heavier of the two sizes in the range, measuring 77mm overall with a 35.5mm width, 11mm at C and a 25mm opening.
Made from marine grade 316 stainless steel, so it holds up in salt air, washdown bays and other harsh conditions where plated gear tends to rust out. The eye sits inside the hook, letting the link angle away from the rope or chain it is attached to instead of fighting it. Weight is 0.07kg, so it adds almost nothing to a rig.
