The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Jaw and Jaw Bottle Screw with Lock Nuts in 8mm is a turnbuckle for tensioning wire rope, rod or cable runs where both ends need a fixed pin connection. This is the smallest thread in the range at M8, with a 188mm overall length and 112mm body, so it suits lighter balustrade, fencing and marine tie-back work rather than heavy structural spans. Jaw width is 11.2mm at each end. Weight is 0.15kg.
It is made from marine grade 316 stainless with an electro polished finish, which holds up in salt water and other corrosive conditions, and makes it clean enough for food and pharmaceutical processing sites. Lock nuts hold your setting once tensioned, and the removable pins at both ends let you pull it out and adjust without dismantling the whole run. Note this bottle screw is not to be used for lifting applications.
