The Beaver G316 Stainless Steel Jaw and Jaw Bottle Screw with Lock Nuts 5mm is the smallest thread in the range, suited to light wire rope and cable tensioning where space is tight. The M5 thread runs 138mm closed with an 81mm take-up body and a 10.3mm jaw width, and the whole fitting weighs just 0.04kg. Jaws at both ends take removable pins, so you can pull it out of a run and reset the tension without cutting anything loose.
Made from marine grade 316 stainless with an electro polished finish, it stands up to salt water and other corrosive conditions, and it is clean enough for food and pharmaceutical processing work. The lock nuts hold your setting once the tension is right. Worth noting, this is a tensioning fitting only and is not to be used for lifting applications.
